Hey guys!

So recently I've gotten a lot of new people on my channel. That's a good sign but... it's a bit too good haha! There are couple of... ,okay I'm going to be really honest, girls that think I'm cute. They send dm's on YouTube and send emails to my business email and stuff and I just reply by being really polite to them but has anyone else experienced this? I mean this is completely new for me, just like people giving me compliments haha!

I know that they are pretty much the reason I'm growing, but... yeah I don't really know.

How do you guys feel about this?
 
Being an online personality some people out there get attached easily, i've had similar issues myself especially on twitch. The best thing you can do is just be polite (Which you already seem to be doing) and try and handle it professioanlly.

You are now a online persona !! So this kind of comes with the territory!! Enjoy the nice comments but don't let it get out of hand. If you start feeling uncomfortable or like its creepy you should either just ignore them or block them. Some people take things way too far sometimes but I am sure its just innocent :)

Honestly, a lot of popular channels feature creators who the viewers find attractive. I would just make sure that you are protecting yourself as much as you can. I personally wouldn't engage with anyone in private messaging, because that encourages them to think there's something personal going on between you.
 
I think it's probably a really common occurrence with youtubers or anyone who is out there on social media. I personally reply to a lot of messages just because they took the time to write it.. But if it gets creepy I usually cut it off.

I had a girl ask me to marry her in a comment. I still don't know why she would want to marry a drunk truck driver that plays Madden for fun. Drunk and truck driver are 2 separate things by the way. One thing at a time!
