Well, no, I disagree. While I definitely agree that attractiveness can play a big part in channel growth (along with humor, personality, and whatnot), it's not the primary/sole factor for her's. It's a bit of a narrow conclusion, and you kinda just ran with it. It's more nuanced than that -- and it goes for every channel, really.
By comparing both of your channels, we can see that they're totally different. Out of her most recent videos, 6 out of 30 seem to be about gaming, and the rest are different. Your content is a lot more gaming-oriented, with a lot of content specifically on Castle Story and Elmo w/ games. You both definitely have different audiences/niches.
Azzy's editing and attempts at humor seem to be pretty active. Even if not much happens in three minutes, it feels like otherwise because of how she doesn't really let the mood die down. You guys have different "moods" set for your videos. She seems really energetic and happy-go-lucky all the time, while yours seems to be more of a professional/to-the-point kind of thing.
She uploads very frequently. You do not upload as frequently.
In general, in regards to Azzy's content, it feels like I'm watching a YouTube personality (the actual person) more than types of content, if that makes any sense. Like, when someone goes to her channel, they probably go there for HER -- not necessarily the content type she produces. I get the opposite with you, and it's more so that I'm seeing the content rather than much of a YouTube personality.
I'm sure these only scratch the surface as to what factors can be taken into account.
There are a ton of different circumstances that come into play. It's not simply, "You're attractive, so now you have more viewers, everyone likes you, everyone thinks with their genitals, and now you're famous!" You can't just apply the same circumstances to a different channel to get the same results, either. You are both placed under a ton of different circumstances, and had plenty of different factors come into play to put you where you are now. That's why you're different!
Why? Now, if it were a similar situation to Twitch TV cam girls that don't even play games and just use their sexual appeal for money, then I'd understand where you're coming from. However, that's nothing like this. If she does use sexual appeal with her videos, then what can you do? People want that. Sure, I think content quality should be placed on higher standards of viewership than something like sexual appeal, but that's not for me to impose on other people. Azzy found the audience and benefits from it.
I'm not saying you can't criticize what you think is wrong; just know that what you think is wrong isn't something that can just be applied to the standards of everyone else. Watch what you prefer.
Personality alone will never get you anywhere. You can have a great personality, but not have a good work ethic, be knowledgeable in certain fields, etc. Eye candy != golden key to all of life's answers.
TL;DR: Different factors and circumstances come into play that contribute to channel growth. You can't assume it's one thing that does it all.
