A Quick Question

Hello, so around october 2013 my partnership contract for RPM was to expire. So since my contract was going to expire I wanted to move on into another network. After leaving RPM I wondered what was going to happen to my earnings during my stay in RPM. I did reach the 50$ threshold just before I left. Soo i've never recieved any payment and I have requested support from RPM but with no luck (they did send me a reply saying they would pay me through paypal after my status was done). I never recieved the payment.... Its been about 4 months since then and just now im wondering should I have been paid or not? Thank you (sorry for my poor english)
