A Question about Fair Use

I need to use Bob marley's 3 Little Birds in my video like 15 seconds of it do you think ill be okay i won't monetize my video and i'll add the Fair use disclaimer

I should say yes, and do it. But everything is at own risk. I want to say you won't get a copyright strike for it.

You shouldn't have a problem if you don't monetize it. However if you get a copyright claim (very possible) I would delete it. If you get a content ID claim you are fine then. All that means is they are collecting money by putting ads on your video for using their music. Partners are even allowed to do that...it's pretty much like getting permission.
 
Unless you are reviewing that particular song, that is not an example of fair use, and adding a disclaimer does nothing, even though a lot of people do it.
The risk of a copyright strike is probably pretty low, but why risk it for 15 seconds when there are so many songs that you can legally use.
