A new channel?

So I am considering making a new channel specifically for my future short films and skits. The thing is, I'm just afraid it'll be a complete failure and no one would even subscribe or see my videos ): lol. Maybe I'm just thinking too much. I already have some usernames in mind and all that. But I'm still a bit iffy about it. My main channel "SimplyRodney" is just for my vlogs and stuff, so I didn't want to mix it with films and skits. What are your thoughts?

Just go for it mate the positive thing about people being negative over something you did is that while their attention is on you they are leaving other people alone. Anyway who knows, it may be a screaming overnight success... Just give it your best shot.
