A mistake

What do you do when you make a terrible blunder in your video and you do not realise that?

I posted a video yesterday and today I received a comment saying: there's a mistake. It was a nice comment, nothing rude. I answered this comment and deleted the video looking into recording it once again.

I made some minor mistakes previously and to fix them I just add annotation. Is that a good solution?

How do you act when a viewer says you did wrong? Because for me it's a terrible feeling. I want to have perfect videos, because I have channel for students. If they repeat my blunder it may end up badly. It's the first situation of that kind for me and I feel terrible.

I've made a few mistakes when it comes to text and spelling but normally I get away with it, it all depends on how long the video has been up in my opinion, I think an annotation should be fine bro :)

I have made a few typos in my videos and some there are a lot of continuity and even grammar mistakes in my videos but I don't want to delete the videos so I just accept it or try to fix it with YouTube's editing tools.

I once got the name wrong of someone I was talking about and thats my most popular video so eh :/ My fault, should have looked it up before making a video :')

One of my most popular videos has some fact inaccuracies (more the way I phrased them) and some typos but as it garners the 2nd most views on my channel and directs traffic to other videos it would be more costly for me to get rid of it

I have mistakes in tons of my videos, not intentional ones but ones I may have not noticed until I have uploaded it. I'll never take it down because it's just how I roll. I ain't perfect and I'm always going to be rough around the edges with what I do, I don't want to get hung up on perfection! After all, I'm making videos for youtube and not a documentary for the BBC!

Whenever I make a mistake, I'd just try to fix it with annotations. But OP if you're making educational content (which should be as perfect as it can be) it might be a problem for people who watch on their phones as annotations don't pop out on mobile devices yet.(If I remembered correctly)

I think I spelled something wrong in the title of a video once. Not a big deal, and I didn't do anything about it. Mistakes is what makes us human. Mistakes are rare though, as I watch my stuff multiple times during editing, and I watch it once on YouTube before putting it public.
