Indie games in general or sort of indie games with stories? There are quite a few small horror story driven games made in a similar style as this, Mad Father, Witch's House, Paranoiac, The crooked man, Misao. All of these are horror games in a similar visual style as To the Moon, they all have puzzle elements and some of them are even free to play.
