Firstly, you only posted one video, the others are from absolutely ages ago so there is no point in talking about them. You cannot expect tons of views from posting one video. You need to keep making videos.
You don't have any custom thumbnails set.
The videos aren't particularly unique so they won't get searched.
The overall gameplay in the video wasn't very interesting. There was the server chat taking up nearly half the page.
You need to improve, and simply just make more videos. One video and no views? Not much to complain about.
