A Laptop For Gaming and Recording

Chalsey

I've Got It
i am looking in to a new laptop but dont know which one to get so it would be helpful if you guys have any suggestions or could just tell me the specs of your laptop. i know a computer is faster but i prefer laptop so i could take it where ever i go and when i go to college

What is your price point? since the price will actually tell you. Do you want an all round laptop so you can do other stuff with it or just only for recording and gaming?

well their are many options here I some I know of
-alienware: owned by Dell but they were originally independent, very stylish and have different settings for longer battery life, or more speed so you can change settings on the fly for what you are doing, they are pretty expensive though so probably not worth it.

-Custom: There are many websites out there that build custom PCs fewer build custom laptops but they do exist, you can get pretty good laptops and can choose different cases, batteries, and screen size as well as ram and processors, although it would varie per site they are usually around/slightly above market price but it means you can get what you want and don't have to compromise with the main companies.

after that you could just go for a ordinary Dell or Toshiba or any other company, and for things like warranty they can be better, but their PCs aren't very personal and they usually aren't designed to game so you have to pay a lot for the best.

I'm not a expert but I hope this helped. If anything I said is wrong or inaccurate I'm sure someone here will correct me and give more insight into the matter.

Razor blade : stylish , high specs and unique features : http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-systems/razer-blade
Alienware : stylish, good support/guarantee quite high specs : http://www.dell.com/ie/p/alienware-laptops
CyberPower : You can cutomize the laptop to specs that suit you, cheap compared to other companies.
iBuypower : same as the above but slightly dearer : http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/category/notebook/ : http://www.ibuypower.com/ibppages/Laptop.aspx

Non-gaming companies arn`t recommended as you could buy a laptop with bad graphics (e.g. Intel HD) or bad processor for Gaming (e.g. Intel i3)

alienware is very good in general, but also a little bit over priced. you can better go to a website where you can make a custom laptop. there is a website (sadly im not allowed to put the link in) called cyberpower, google it and you will find it. the website allows you to pick a laptop of desktop from pretty much any brand and customize it with whatever you want. en the customization is the most expansive ive ever seen. so i recomend you go check that out.
good luck ;)
