It's the "therefore they aren't funny" that's the problem. You have every right to find something not to your taste, or to be offended or uppity about anything. But jumping to the conclusion that the comment is intrinsically offensive, un-funny, or in general worthless is the issue.
Your personal views on something are just that - your personal views. Nothing less, and nothing more.
