9k Subs - still trying to find an audience!

Hello friends! My name is Geno - I am a youtube gamer, I do Let's Plays, Mod reviews, and even motorvlogs.

I recently reached 9k subs! But it seems like the vast majority of these subs come from a handful of Skyrim videos. Problem is - I'm not all too interested in doing Skyrim videos anymore...

I uploaded one today, but purely out of boredom. I much rather do video game reviews and Let's Plays now....

Sadly - these videos do poorly in terms of viewership.

Any suggestions?
 
You killed your channel with all of those let's play, you should have make a mod tutorial twice a week in between those LP episode.... Because you uploaded only one type of video for a long time the subs have gone away.

The good thing however is that the people who has stayed for the LP won't go anywhere they like your content. It's like you have restarted from nothing... But if you can make it once you'll make it again !
 
Our channel also got most of our subs and views from one game. Now we are trying to do multiple games and hoping that some from the first game will like the others and watch too. So far its not working too great but we havent uploading much from other games yet. We are trying to get some new videos high in search ranks and see how that works out too. Ill post back if we see any good results from the stuff we try.
