I know YouTubers hate the fact that people do it for the money however to me money is a bonus, and so earning more money I could be having a living off it.

Is there any FREE ways on getting more views so I can earn more money?

You may think I'm a bad person for doing it for the money, but bigger YouTubers do it (TheSyndicateProject, PewDiePie, Seananners.)

Your not a bad person for doing that but it is the wrong was to start YouTube in my opinion and personally I don't think that those people do youtube for the money at all. But the "secret" to getting more views is to have nice thumbnails which could attract more people to your videos and just be sure to be putting in appropriate tags for your video.

start a tumblr blog and promote video's in interesting way rather than just posting them, use reddit, facebook,twitter etc.
And go to forums and be active there rather than spamming your channel and leave again.
