I don't get it...lucked out with another channel and had a video posted on a big site....great I prob got more subs and views to other videos but 75k and didn't even make a dollar on that ? What gives? Monetization is enabled on all videos...it's 4 minutes long ...makes me want to quit all together lol

I suggest just waiting a few days for youtube to get the data. But apart from that, congratulations!

Well it already shows me what I made in adsense....so can't see anything improving. I'm guessing because it was embedded on a website it probably didn't show any ads?

grats man! you gotta get to the bottom of that, I'm curious as well why you didnt get paid,

I checked out your channel derpazoid, which video got 75,000 hits?
Yeah, i was wondering that as well. His most viewed video only has 2000+.(Which btw is still pretty good)

Had the same thing with old video - 13 K views in one day, it was shown even on BBC World news.
I think the algorithm is very cautious with such sudden traffic spikes and prefers not to monetize them or just to use some generic ads with 0.01$ per click revenue.

That's strange, I don't know much about how you make money off YouTube works but I hope that it's a bug and you get your money soon! And even if you don't, congratz on getting 75k views overnight, that's incredible!

Wait for Analytics to update, check your analytics such as demographics and audience retention after around 2-4 days. There are many variables here and if all you get is $1 out of the video then I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about it.
