71 subscribers, but struggling with views, any advise ?

Watch your videos from start to finish. If anything makes you cringe, want to switch off etc - note it down. That's what I do once in a while. SOme of my videos to me are awful lmao.

Also, I looked at your channel.

I think you're uploading too frequently for a fresh channel :D

The title pretty much says it all, 71 subs and not many video views, any advice would be helpful :D
Thanks.
Hmm, to be honest, each guest you get is kinda... Lame... They don't respond to your jokes, and they pretty much don't say much of anything. Paul was making jokes that made me cringe, and that other dude just... Wouldn't EVEN make a joke hardly, and you would say something funny, and he would just ignore you. Soooooooo, thats my opinion. The COD series is good. And I think if you want more views, open up variety, try a lot of games. IE, the new Bioshock game.

Few things you maybe could try:

1) Ask your subscribers what content they would like to see from you.
2) Look back at your videos which are most popular and determine what content your subscribers may like best.
3) Take a look at your subscribers channels and if you can, see what they are watching, liking and commenting to get their general interest.
4) Review the videos that you make, look for things which are not appealing and for future videos try and improve.
5) Use interesting titles and thumbnails to entice viewers to watch your content.
