I've Got It
Whattup people! So I am new to YouTube and have been at it about 6 weeks. Well this morning I hit 100 subscribers and over 11,000 video views! Thank you to everyone who has supported me thus far. I know this is such a small number, but it's one more step towards my goal! So for everyone that's just starting out, keep grinding til you get to 100. I'm off to grind to 1,000!

Nope, 100% from scratch. If you check out my first video, I made that with my phone the day I decided to start a channel lol. I have a full-time job, but I treat my channel like it's my full-time job!
I wonder how did you manage to get such a big audience so fast, maybe, because it's not gaming and you put lots of effort to videos, but how did you share it that bam you have a big audience really quickly? What's the secret potion?

I think it does not hurt to not be a gaming channel right now, the market is SUPER saturated. Someone asked me this in a FB group and this is what I told them - "#1, I am following Tim Schmoyer's guides (meticulously) that he sells on his site. 2. I have a decent sized FB following on my fanpage that I cultivate and promote. FB likes do not necessarily mean subs, but it helps with views. The rest is a mix of tent-pole programming mixed with very targeted and specific short-term Adwords advertisements. It also helps to meaningfully engage every video you actually watch."
