Really delighted to get my first 50 subscribers in just over two weeks. Well on my way to getting the custom URL I've been wanting! :)

Onwards and hopefully upwards!

It was really down to self promotion but without being spammy about it. As my channel is for gaming, I went on the Reddit subreddit for the game I play and asked for feedback. That alone got the first 15 or so.

After this, I went on various forums and posted updates from my gameplay with links to the video series. This got me up to 30ish.

Finally, weekly screenshots on Reddit from my game (without a link to my video) resulted in people asking to see my channel. That got me to 50.

Another final secret is content content content! I've uploaded 21 episodes in 17 days and that's helped. I think it's best to be intensive at the start and then ease off once you have a following. If people visit my channel, they can see there's already established content, rather then just 2 or 3 videos.

Congrats on the 50 subs! That's an awesome start for getting them in only two weeks lol. Keep up the good work! =)
