yeah many are too short,,, I would aim for around 2-3 mins,,,,,,,,,,, think it;s a good idea that you made the instruments visible in some of the thumbnails, this way a potential viewer can easily see what will be in the video as I can imagine that some like guitar more than piano etc..... and will be browsing through your vids just to find the ones with a specific instrument visible in thumb
