5,000 Views get's you custom thumbnails?

Got them a couple of minutes ago. I have 27 subs and 1,087 video views. I don't think you need a certain amount of subs or whatever, just that your active and your account is in good standing.

Just Google "YouTube custom thumbnail templates" and customize it to your fiting! :-P

make one themplate then save it and that should work for ecery example

I think they are just releasing it in waves to channels that have existed for a while and have been in good standing. I don't think there's a set number.
