Just curious, guys. I'm fairly new to posting to YouTube. I've achieved roughly 400 subs in 2 weeks, and have a few devout fans already. Is this usual, or am I off to a good start?

Very nice. I was only at 80'ish subs after 2 weeks, and I just hit 50k today, a bit less than 7 months later.
I checked out your channel and i'm a little confused as to where your subs came from, if indeed you started 2 weeks ago. Did you get any subboxes / shoutouts to your channel? your view counts are honestly rather low for such a high sub count (indicating the subs did not sub after watching any particular video or anything)
Amazing! Bear Grylls Minecraft...Genius absolute genius You got your self a new subscriber!![]()
I was kind of skeptical at first but with 4,000+ video views I don't think 500 subs seems crazy. I also live-stream a bit. Last night I did a Project Zomboid stream that had 1300 viewers. Gained some YouTube subs from that too!
Stuff like the latter would help explain it, but the thing about 4000 views and 500 subs is that is a rediculous ratio. Generally subs to views is like maybe 50 views per 1 sub or something. Personally I'm above 100. 4000/500 is like ~8 or something.
