Right now your video views are getting counted. Sometimes when a popular youtuber has a video and multiple people are watching it at a high rate it will pause count and give you 301+ to show that you are getting more views but too fast for youtube to count at the moment.
YouTube stop the view counter at 301 to verify the views it's recieving, this process may take a few days, but usually only a 1-4 hours, if but a week after it's still like that then it may be possible the video was botted.
It's a failsafe mechanism to prevent spambot viewer programs from gaining an unfair advantage. Once those views are verified as actually being legit, it will unlock and you'll be at your real count.
