300,000 views, only 17,000 monetized!!

I'm going to assume you mean "unmonetized" not mobile. And that's not true. The majority of unmonetized ads, especially on small channels are because there was no ad inventory to display in the first place. And since most current phones are ad supported they are contributing now as well.

The fact of the matter is that there aren't enough advertisers to support the enormous amount of views that YouTube gets. Adblock is just a scapegoat used by people who don't understand. I would be shocked if the number of adblock users online was more than 10%. This program is not as prolific as some feel it is.

Is it really can be like this?
Im not informed by any numbers and did not researched yet, just thinking...

I would understand "Adsense for Videos" has not enough video ads, as long as not every small advertiser has a video ad to advertise with.
But with banner ads / text ads can advertise anyone via Adsense. And i can't believe Adsense can lack of ads, there usually always bidding competitions...
(though on poor countries there are less competition)

Earnings with only display ads of course generates much less income for youtubers than with video / insteam ads, but they still count as monetized views.

Middle of last year YouTube claimed around 4 billion views a day. You also have to consider that the Adsense bidding system is based on interests and keywords. There will be lots of competition for "iphone" but not nearly as much for "windows phone".

For empirical evidence, I currently run an ad campaign to the video game demographic. I managed to get my cost per view down to $0.01 which means I don't have any bidding competition for those views. Video games have a huge number of views, but is also extremely competitive in some areas. I don't believe YouTube is even close to capping out on advertisement volume.
