The open toys aren't the problem, they are all being played with (some in our house, but mostly by our nieces and friends' kids, or used in giveaways) or displayed, but the real pain is storing all the unopened toys! We have a pretty complex filing system going on right now involving shelving in the garage and meticulously labeled bankers boxes.

I was planning on doing a celebratory giant play doh surprise egg when I hit 1,000 subs with my new squirrel logo on it :) And I have a birthday themed video planned for my channel's YouTube birthday! I love any excuse to celebrate ;)
