20 videos in and I'm cringing at video 1...

Every single video is a possible lead to your channel and a new subscriber! Wouldn't be the first time an old random video suddenly surged in traffic so I would not touch it unless you're popular enough to not need the extra leads.

Hey Darren, I can so relate to what you're feeling like man looking back at your old videos haha! I think you should not delete it as you have evidence of your progression. Youtube is like a time machine and one day when you're at the mountain peak you can look back at where you started and be really proud. Keep progressing and always be proud of where you started my man :thumbsup2:

That's true. Thanks for your thoughts, I think I am gonna leave them online.

Everybody starts out with videos they don't think are all that great. I think it's a good historical record of where we've come from, and it's interesting to see how our skills and abilities have improved.

I'm 2 years in and did a reacting to my first video as a milestone video. My first video is now private so thought it was good idea. I cringed so badly. Cringing now thinking of that first video. It's like anything though, the better you get the more you do.

It is great news that you can look back and see how far you have come already. Make every upload better than the last. Imagine at 40 videos in you may be looking back at your current 20th and thinking 'wow what was I thinking'. Keep looking forward dude!

Makes sense! Completely unrelated, but what are you using to film? Your production quality looks good. What is your setup?

I'm not even 10 videos in and already cringing at my old art style.

But I wouldn't delete any of my old videos, as much as I cringe to even look at their thumbnails, because I see it as a record of how much I've come since I started. You might see it differently, but that's the way I see it. xD

I wouldn't delete it. Like BBQ Chef said, your new subs can look back on your first video and your current video and see how much effort you are putting into your videos.
New subs don’t often do that. Some do. But if it has zero views in a month, I’d say private it and bring it back if you want later

I don't delete old videos but I guess if it was REALLY bad I might set it to private..
