Is this you? --> https://www.youtube.com/user/Jacque2700

If so you already have a custom URL and your username is "Jacque2700" (see the URL)

To fix this:

1)Click here --> http://yttalk.com/account/personal-details
2)Scroll down to YouTube username and copy-paste "Jacque2700" (without the quotes)
3)Scroll down and click on "save changes"
