I agree with this. Everyone starts off with an awkward phase. With time you'll get more comfortable and get better. Keep in mind in the future you can always make those videos private or delete them if they're too embarrassingMy advice? Just do it. My voice sounded weird to me too when I was editing it for the first time. But now I think it's normal, and so do 700 people that subscribed to me. You'll never get fun out of the hobby if you don't get trough that initial start up phase. And damn, I sometimes still go: WTF AM I DOING?!
And then I just go for it... The flow will come naturally. And soon your camera is the window to another way to connect with people around the world!
