I think you need to be lowering that amount drastically or just start making designs for free to be honest. I don't charge people for designs and haven't done since I've been a graphic designer, I've fount that by offering my services for free a large number of people have got in touch with me over time and that has allowed me to gain a greater knowledge within photoshop and programs such as that. Here is a picture of something I made a while back just to show that I have improved over time because of the fact that I've offered my services for free for so long.

Once you are at a sort of Professional level as a designer you can then consider asking for money for you're services, but until then I'd just suggest getting some more experience with the software you currently use

It looks like you just Googled a texture background and then applied text on it and you're charging people $15 each lol.
