Use this site well, it helped me out when I first started and didn't know the ins and outs of YouTube. Focus on making the best quality videos you can and making unique things people would want to watch, like my Skyrim's Hidden Treasures series.

I've just started gaining 40-50 subs a day (was on around 8 on avg before this!), It really does feel good to be noticed for your content doesnt it!

You know a lot of people ask for tips and help, but honestly all it comes down to is make quality content and watch the videos you make and ask yourself "Would I watch this?". If the answer is no, you need to improve. That's it really.
