10k Views/month, Got Offered Partnership

Hey everyone,

My channel is hitting 10k views this month and I got an offer from TGN on a potential partnership.

I broke the message down and it basically says this:

TGN will help you to:
1. monetize your content
2. get noticed within the crowded YouTube community.
3. receive professional support, promotion, and incredibly high RPMs.
4. Test period of 3 months before making a decision.

Now, I already have the necessary permission to monetise my content so what I find really interersting is point #2 and #3 which I underlined.

Is this true?

Can they help me to get noticed (i.e Promotion) and what's an incredibly high RPM in terms of $?


I know that flammy5 always have like "4-5 questions you always ask when partnering" but I don't find them now ironically.. (Flammy could you please just turn up out of nowhere and post them again here please :)

My thoughts up until now have been Union For Gamers (Curse) due too their
no lock-in and 90/10 split and without threshold.

Can someone enlighten me on this subject (I have read the sticky posts about what to consider when chosing a network but I didn't get any smarter). And I also feel like it would be better to have a fresh custom-made thread just for me :)
 
In terms of getting noticed. Networks don't really do that. Just try to get the best contract moneywise, they don't usually offer much more than that. For specific advice on which networks, some people here know what some are like in RPM values or extra support.
 
I am partnered by TGN but they didn't help me promoting my channel and getting noticed in the Youtube community. That was my own hard work! No network will promote you unless you're one of the top tier channels.
 
Go for Curse, cool network (Ive $40Cpm with them on a seconday chan)
+ 90% & no lock-in
With TGN You will have 60% and will be locked for many years
 
I'm leaving RPM when I can for Curse, they seem to be to good to pass down, I would advise that you go to them too instead of TGN thats for sure.
 
Pass TGN's offer down. If I were you, look at a network like Curse or shop around and see if theres any other deals you can find.
