I would say maybe do just a thank you video and maybe a montage of your best hits? You could ask on facebook what to do for 100 subscribers, i've seen q&a videos are popular for 100 subscribers

Personally I would ignore it. Whether its the 100th video or the 1000th - carry on making normal content - thats what viewers want to see.
