Well I'm pleased to announce that having started my YouTube channel in May 2015 that yesterday I reached a 1000 subscribers. I didn't start uploading videos regularly till July so am really happy with the progress so far. Over 235,000 views. I'm hoping I can achieve my next milestone (2,000) within the next four months.
How did I achieve this? Posting videos on a regular basis. Sharing my videos in groups on Facebook and on Google + and engaging with commentators on YouTube. Ultimately I'm trying to make entertaining content in my niche (videos about Expat life in Amsterdam) and original content, and it seems to be working.
