100 Subs and 10k views

So I just hit 100 subs in a little bit over a week. I was testing out AdWords because I had received a promotional code. The only problem is getting engagement. But I'm glad I can have my own channel url now and monetize my videos.
 
It seems like you can get a decent amount of views this way but it is hard to keep the audience engaged and sometimes I wonder if its going to the right target audience....
