If I may ask, how do people find your content? Via search?
 
Congratz! That's amazing, honestly 100k is a huge amount of people! I heard that after 100k you gain subs a lot faster for some reason. I think you put in a lot of work into your videos and deserve this! Good luck!
 
First of all - congratulations :)

Second - I just checked you channel for the first time and found something very interesting. You have 100 ooo subs but average number of views on a single video is somewhere around 500 000 or more (which is a loooot more then number of your subscribers).

So I was wondering - What are your traffic sources? Could you tell us a little bit about that? :)

ps. Your website if full of cartoon p**n. Is YouTube ok with you linking to site with such a content? Aren't you afraid that some day YT could just ban you and delete your channel?

A lot of my traffic seems to be from youtube related videos and searches, however the animations I make get posted on many fan sites/facebook/twitter/etc with a lot of traffic as well which funnel into the huge view rates. Also a lot of my humor is shock type humor, where I rely on people linking the video to others so that they go "oh damn, look at this crazy crap!" and pass i on. There's also the fact that all the videos take a long time to produce, and are individual animations (and due to the nature of cartoons, people tend to come back and rewatch them vs something like a letsplay video you watch once and never again). Still, I never really focused on trying to get more subs till late last year.

My own website and its animations isn't related to youtube in any way (although I did remove the link to my site thats on the YouTube page).
