Whats the point of a shout out? Thats straight leeching if i dont do it willingly.

I get messages like these on the daily, some dont even come across as nice, straight demanding....

Got a good HD camera? Know how to press record? We could collab, i could give less than a quarter of a s**t about your subs or view rating, wanna have some fun being assholes on the internet? Im freaking game.

Even if you dont have a HD camera, i could still find a way to squeeze you into a video as like someone in a skype call, or some other B.S 2 hours of editing on aftereffects.

But for you to straight out just ask me for a "Shout Out", no.

Most are from channels that dont even do the kind of content i do, which to begin with is impossible as im a raving lunatic who presses record actively...you would need to be crazy to share the same kind of content.

my old account on Funnyjunk got deleted for some reason, so now I'm only at level 5.... Do you put videos or pictures on there? I seem to do best when I make super crude posters....
 
I agree 100%. Shoutouts are useless (Seriously, I've seen guys with 10 subs do "Shoutout Sundays" and s**t like that...) and won't really work unless the guy is RIDICULOUSLY famous on Youtube. Like Pewdiepie for example.

Pewds did shoutouts before coz he was just sick of the tremendous amounts of people asking him to. Nevertheless, all those channels, which he handpicked regarding quality (thankfully), got famous. (e.g jacksepticeye) That's the only time a shoutout will actually be helpful.

I wouldn't wanna be in a shoutout vid, and the more I don't want to make one. I like to EARN my subs and views, thankyouverymuch.
