1 or multiple channels?

I have multiple video category ideas when I start getting equipment and recording. My question is should I put it all on the same channel or make multiple channels? I'm still confused on the whole Adsense thing and set up plus I would think multiple channels is more risky and stressful.

If you were wondering my ideas,I'll share the list I have. Some are under the same general category.

-Vlog (Eventually)

Edit: I was thinking of somehow receiving questions from viewers either from comments or emails,then answering them on video. More specifically about life,emotions,etc. Like a life coach/mentor. I have good tips of course since I've been through a lot. I hope you understand what I'm saying,what do you think?

I think you've got a dozen channels right there. Now the question is where to find 60 hours/day.
I would launch in 1 category and build authority first. It's incredibly hard getting traction in the first 3-6 months it's best to focus. Once you have decent traffic you can open a new channel and diversify.
I will open a new channel soon but only when I'm confident of sending 3-5k/day traffic to it from current.
A second channel decreases risk in case you have issues on first one. But it's double work.
