The large amount of views is why there's so many subs coming in, but my tips would be learn how to perfect everything (from thumbnails to tags & the rest) to get the maximum amount of views from your target demographic. Also to know how to effectively promote your videos. Once you get a bunch of views generally the views will continue to flow (not always).

Yeah, it seems you are able create and promote your things into perfection. But I think the most important part is your content, they seem to be very good. If that wasn't the case you can promote anything but you won't get the same results as you have now :)
