Hey everyone I am looking for recommendations for AMD CPU with AM3+ plug for streaming? right now when i stream my quad core is rocking at 80-85% and lags a lot not on my screen but on obs and my stream itself any ideas?

I've tried obs but it takes too much processing speed and I usually use windows movie maker but it seems that it likes to lag. So is there a program that requires low processing speed but doesn't lag too often?
