    How does youtube choose to pay you?

    Hello, friends! So, I am about to start AdSense, but since I am not from U.S.A. I was thinking if youtube pays by the language of the videos or the place you said you are when you verified. Because youtubers from my country ( with videos on my language ) are earning around 0.15$ per 1000 views...
