How does youtube choose to pay you?

Hello, friends!
So, I am about to start AdSense, but since I am not from U.S.A. I was thinking if youtube pays by the language of the videos or the place you said you are when you verified.
Because youtubers from my country ( with videos on my language ) are earning around 0.15$ per 1000 views and youtubers from U.S.A. are earning at least 1$ per 1000 views.
So, is it about the language of the videos, is it about the place you said you are from when you verified for the AdSense or what is it about?
Thanks in advance!

YouTube takes many factors into account when deciding how much a creator earns from their videos. It certainly looks at language and location of your video and your viewers, but it also looks at your keywords, titles, descriptions and a bunch of other cues to figure out what your video is about. From those factors, the price is decided based on how much advertisers are paying for that ad space. If it's a topic/place/language/etc. that's highly competitive, you'll get higher rates. Google doesn't disclose all the factors they take into account, but these are just a few things they are looking at.

If you want to understand more about it, I'd suggest going on Google Adwords (their advertising platform that also serves YouTube advertisements) or see tutorials on how to use it to see what advertisers are doing to bid on YouTube advertising space and the various information they need to put in in order to serve the advertisements to the most relevant audience. :)
