And Zoomin you get normally 1.50 and 2.50$ CPM
i am under both network both of them are good

Quizgroup has NO english adsales, there is NO guaranteed CPM.
and that eCPM figure you are looking at for Zoomin is the CPM after google's 45% cut and Zoomin's 20% cut...
Plus ZoominGames uses the same adsales as the rest of the ZoominTV brands, just because one of your channels has bad demographics doesn't mean you can blame the network

CPM is based primarily on your viewers from a majority of Adsense served ads. It is NOT based on your network, though the network can augment it. Channels with very very low CPM will have very very low CPM anywhere they go.

The vast majority of all ad earnings come from Adsense whether with a network or not because networks use Adsense as their base with the option to augment with their own sales.
I cannot honestly tell anyone to go with zoomin. I have had a mediocre at best experience with them. Their support responded to my questions, but their responses were generally unhelpful, amounting to either canned responses or "check your contract". My biggest problem with them is that they refused to unlink my channel, even though according to YouTube's link date, I was still within their trial period. I have also noticed a huge drop in CPMs. From an average of ~$2, and for the last 2 months my CPMs averaged ~$0.25. This may just be a coincidence with the timeline for me trying to unlink and the affiliate/managed changes. But in all, I cannot recommend anyone support the network.

The affiliate/managed changes have not been implemented, the drop you saw was likely the huge drop that happens at the start of every new year.
