I'm 100% self motivated. However, I read everything these three guys write as if I'm reading a guidebook. They show what excellence in what you do, professionalism, patience, hard work and intelligence can get you. There are more on YTtalk I pay close attention to when they post, but these three kick major butt. Plus they seem like good people and that's important to me.
