The Goal Package is seperate from the VIP. So you would have to buy it additionaly.

Or you could purchase VIP via here http://yttalk.com/account/upgrades and then work for the goals for only 25 forum cash, that would be the easiest and quickest way but I honestly recommend just posting to get there unless you really want fast access
