If the likes were similar to reputation was in vBulletin then I would have considered it but likes are given for all kinds of reasons rather than only when a post is of great quality :)

This new system should really filter out a lot of people, for example the "hit n runs" that post their youtube and leave.

can someone help? which membership do i choose to be able to post links on threads? thanks! can i get the cheaper option ($25) and still be able to post links? or is it only included in the full vip membership ($100) which i cant afford. thanks!!

You need the VIP to be able to post links :)
