Depends on what you are after.
The smaller package will just let you promote your videos in the appropriate section etc.
Full VIP does that, and much more as you can post links etc as well.

200 YTTalk cash isn't really that much, especially in the space of a month. Just post as normal and it will rack up before you know it. Be careful not to spam though!

Check the Shop tab at the top. You earn cash for each post or new thread etc. you then spend that cash on monthly membership for a more privileged status and the ability to place videos in your sig and in the appropriate promotional section of the forum.

Yes, you earn cash by posting and being active in the forum ;)
$1 for every post, and $2 for every thread created. Be careful not to spam though - just post as normal as you browse the forum and the cash will soon rack up ;)
 
I wish RL was that simple. I just have to start a conversation and some random person. Puts a twoonie (2 dollars for all you non Canadians out thur) in my pocket.
