I think people like videos that is entertaining or makes them feel good. (Like Smosh, Kassemg or funny animals etcetc)
Also educational/tutorial videos. I know you can read guides how to do stuff on random sites. But its so much easier to see someone explain while doing something, in a video, and then you do it urself.

I like tutorials that teach you how to use some sort of a program or how to do something and entertainment. I would mention JennaMarbles, ItsKingsleyBitch, mirandasings08.
I myself make pretty much whatever kind of videos right now, I just feel like I want to do a lot of different things. I'm going the ranting way right now, but I'm also thinking of some sort of comedy/trolling videos as my character, Jeremy.
