Also, which link do I have to put in the annotation on the subscribe picture to make them actually subscribe to the channel?

You can use the spotlight to go over the top and then choose subscribe from the linking options. Here is an example video which uses channel links and the subscribe buttons:

I made these the other day for use in our YTtalkTV videos and I thought I might as well share them with you all, feel free to use these in your monetized videos, you do not need to ask for permission to use these in your videos and you do not need to leave any kind of credit if you use them. A good use for them is within the end cards/outro cards, that is where I am currently using them.

All PNGs are attached as well as the PSD if you wish to make alterations to them before saving.
