If It is true that Youtube let You use Its own audio library w/ royalty free music... Is also true that I can use these items outside YouTube for commercial uses too?

offcoarse youtube music library is free and can be used without hesitation!
But some other sites will charge you one time, and u can use that music in your videos as much as you want!
