YOUTUBE PARTNERSHIPS WITH FIXED CPM'S?!

I'm confused! What is a CPM?? isnt it $ per 1k views?
Surely its either $3 or 90/10 of whatever they give you?[DOUBLEPOST=1365085080,1365085039][/DOUBLEPOST]
Thats bad isnt it?
Not bad but they are known in the industry for having a fixed CPM

The reason i'm concerned is because i was so close to joining them.. (cursed) and now im backing off the idea, i want a fixed cpm.. screw non fixed. tgn was a horrible experience!

Part of your issue with TGN is that they are a sub-network of BroadbandTV. BBTV for some reason unbeknownst to most simply has crappy RPM/CPM.

CPM stands for Cost Per Mille - Which means per 1,000
So every 1,000 views you get paid whatever many dollars.

[quote="Jerome Taylor, post: 399723, member: 11466"and do you know any others that are fixed?[/quote]
IGN, sometimes Machinima.

All networks can give fixed if they wanted to.

No, rev-share with most networks is the better deal, fixed CPMs tend to be bad for those in English speaking countries unless they`re for 4-5$.
Then how come my TGN CPM was always $1.25, sometimes $0.80? I am from the UK, Back in december i got 300k views, and the cpm was like $1... it puts me off being with a non fixed cpm... can you reccomend a fixed cpm network? or a non fixed which you can trust?
