YOUTUBE PARTNERSHIPS WITH FIXED CPM'S?!

Hey guys, I'm new to all this.. Can anyone help me out here.
I've been a TGN partner for a year now... TERRIBLE. The highest CPM I have ever received is $2. And it's not like I have a small channel? (20,000 views a day)
Anyway, I was wondering if there are ANY partnerships with a fixed CPM? Any at all, I know there is Cursed, but apparently they are scrapping the $3 cpm? Can anyone confirm/ deny this? Anyway, if anyone can send me a list of networks that offer a fixed CPM, I will be forever great-full.

Curse do offer a flat cpm of $3 if you are in a certain area, such as the United States or the United Kingdom. Not really sure about other networks however.

Wow nice channel, TGS dont have fixed but they pay a lot fromo what I have heard. All rates will be increasing over the next month or so, so Curse will probably go up to around $4 also more mobile views are becoming monetisable so that'll help you get more money too.

I live in the UK btw.. But when I go on their site, there's a thread that says they are changing to 90/10 % rev share? I clicked, apply for partnership, and they sent me an email in my YT inbox, which said 90/10 rev share, nothing about $3 cpm

Do you know of any other networks that have fixed cpms?

90/10 rev share of a $3 fixed CPM. You wouldn't keep all the $3, 10% will go towards them. By fixed it means that it will never go up or down, unless they are feeling generous or evil of course xD

I looked into TGS and they directed me to RPM? I would rather not join RPM tbh!

Also, can you confirm that Curse are still a fixed CPM network? I dont care about how much, however i'd rather earn a fixed $2 than experience what i did at tgn!

I know that in some countries they offered a different contract to those who are not within a certain area. Unless Curse has changed it. Then I am not so sure anymore.
