damn really i guess its just a low network that needs to get a better support team on deck
 
If there is no "Contract" then that means the network would NOT be obligated to pay you after you meet there payment threshold, lol
 
Why do people think its good to have no contract? The contract is for both parties not just the network, without a contract they'll probably just not pay you.
