actually, those clips were from Creative Customs Licenced YouTubers so i was allowed to remix them into my own videos

If they took it from Familly Guy and say it's creative commons that doesn't meant they are right. I can upload Rambo 4 to YouTube and claim it isn't copyrighted, still is
